You emphasize on efficiency, organization, and precision
YOU STAND OUT BECAUSE
You have a track record or previous experience in conception and project management, ideally within the event industry
You are self-driven, dedicated and maintain calm and composure in stressful situations
You design passionately and are enthusiastic about current lifestyle and event trends
You are proficient in both spoken and written English and German, any additional languages are a plus
You master Mac utilisation, including Keynote
Handle event preparation, organization, and execution

Excel in event concepts
Be in close and direct contact with clients
Assist in the creation of client presentations and communication materials
Have a technical and digital understanding
Take responsibility for location scouting
Take on an active role on-site during an event within the team
